Cirque de Noel

For our Christmas party at work, this year we were all taken for a meal and entertainment at the London's Cirque de Noel in The Bloomsbury Big Top, Coram's fields.
On arrives you get to walk down a red carpet greeted by stilt walkers. Before the your called to your tables you enjoy a champagne reception.
Depending on your booking you either have a wrist band to by 'unlimited drinks for the night' or tokens. (after that you are on your own money)
Once called for dinner you enter the big top for a three course meal and cabaret show of circus performances.
followed by a disco.

Starters
~Roasted tomato, red onion and goats cheese tart (v)~
Mains
~Braised Beef with shallots and mushrooms, served with a smoked garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.~
~Butternut and been bake, served with a Parmesan crumble topping,
smoked garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.(v)~
Dessert
~Vanilla and red berry pudding. Vanilla panna cotta served with red berries and a passion fruit coulis (v)~

For us it was a good night out and meant that both departments could socialize together.
I have to say that i am a big fan of the circus and fair grounds. they hold such a theatrical, magical atmosphere about them.

During the champagne reception there was a magician working the floor. it took us a while to work out that that is what it was as he was dressed in a suit and tie, and as the dress code was black tie for the gentlemen and smart dress for the ladies he seamed a little lost in the crowd.
even though every party was enjoying the company of friends and colleagues, and the champagne i felt as if there could have been a little more entertainment just to at to the whole circus magic.

The food was very tasty and well presented  the turn over between course was military run (with 300 people it needed to be.).

The circus entertainment was impressive  a ring master introducing the acts, such as fire jugglers  static trapeze artists, girls dancing with hula hoops and a snake charmer.
the only let down was two dace acts that were put in, which seams as though they were an after thought to pad out the show.- we all agreed that is was like watching the backing dancers from Steps.
But all in all it was a great evening (4 stars****)

I find it cold

"I find that there is something cold about typing thing up on a computer with out writing on paper first. The whole thing of pen on paper flows so much better, your imagination runs more freely and the feel of pen on paper feels more real, alive, and what you are writing is coming from your heart. Like water flowing in a river. Its an art calligraphy and it seams to be dying in this technological world.
The same as kindles and e-books. they feel cold. I like the whole idea and feeling of holding a book the warm pages, crisp white paper like freshly fallen snow. My favorite are the ones with their faded, sun kissed tanned pages that can tell a story all of there own. Those with dog eared pages and on the odd occasion pencil lines under lines and stars in the margins,  they make me think about its previous owner who they might have been and what they were like. The best, the best of all is a note from a loved one a birthday wish or a Christmas greeting. I think about why someone would give such a gift a memory away."

Pay no attention to the woman behind the curtain!

I up dated my CV the other day. And after realizing it had gone over to page three i wish i could read as simple as this:
jobs: stage crew, LX crew, stage LX,  LX board op, sound crew, sound op, follow spot op and designer, pyrotechnic crew, technical ASM, technical SM, rigger, flywoman, runner, set builder/designer/painter, prop builder, catering staff, bar staff, sales assistant, supervisor sales floor/department manager, VM associate. window dresser, cash office staff, cleaner.... I'm dame sure there's more i just chose not to remember them.
So in short. i have and had, the power to decided who is talented enough to be heard, seen in the light and not cut short in a black out, Who deserves their 15 minuets in the lime light (the spot light). if the acting's bad then up stage it with some dazzling art (set) and a fur hundred explosions of confetti and glitter pyro's. (cos every on loves glitter when i'm around ;-) )
Whom shale survive, the rouge run-a-way flight case on a raked stage that is heading straight to the band pit with 3 crew in it. weather things shale fall, form heavens (the grid). and weather that piece of set behind you shale be static or not...
Deciding whom deserves good food, good drink, good service, or a refund.
So if you ask...
lol. luv sarah the crazy little techy. xXx

Lucifer's Prayer (revised version II)

I am the most un-religious person you could find. But i am fascinated  by the stores told by religions. This piece i wrote as a performance piece in 2000 and takes just under 10 minuets. (it's better performed then read). It is Lucifer's prayer to god for forgiveness.
This a revised version I've i have done to go along side a short story i am working on, my own twisted little version of Lucifer's story and heavens...

Lucifer's Rise

What if I was to tell you that that heaven and hell, god and the devil, in any shape or form did not exist.
That they were made up by some crazy lunatic whom lost the first page of his best selling novel that red:
“all characters are fictional and any resemblance to any person living or dead is a coincidence”
What then? would Catholicism fall, you all scream I fear with the knowledge that this pathetic existence was it, and nothing else.
But what if I told you that they did exist in all forms that you have spoken about would you all then live without sin, in peace, and wait entrance to paradise. Yet you would all scream in fear still.

So let you tell you a story…. A true and untold story
You may think to yourself as I began to tell you I know this story.
Well trust me you don’t , have not a clue.
You walk your paradise, empty of the truth, and knowledge
with no idea of what really happened, or what is, and what will be.
.And trust me when I say, this IS your paradise.
This pathetic little marble that you live on is all that you have .

So let me tell you a story my story.
I was just a child, abandoned by my own father,
for what? Being disloyal or being too loyal?
My love for him made me rise so high and strong; did that not mean anything to him? My service? my loyalty? Obverserly not…
He told us too bow down to him and him alone, which we did with all our hearts.
But he cast me down. I fell so far, for what? Not knelling down before his new creation, his …pets.

My brothers and sisters. Divided by our loyalties. Those who obeyed and bowed down to them, and those that would not. As they and I could not understand why our father no longer wanted us to serve him, bow down to him, Love him  as we had always done.

Why did you cast me down to an eternity solitude and darkness?
Out of all of us that question your command, Why did you cast me down so far? I don’t understand?

I was proud to serve you, proud do to what ever you commandeered of me
You asked me to go to them, to help and guide them to you, and what did your pets do to me?
They nailed me to a cross and left me to die.

You resurrected me. So I could stand by your side once more.
But What did you expect me to do when you stood before us and commanded me, us to knell before them after what they had done to me?
I had done as you had commandeered of me,
I died for you.
Wasn’t that enough to show my devotion…
When I questioned your commandment you cast me to hell to be feared by all

(You sent my brother to help and guide them to them, and what did your pets do?
They nailed him to the cross and left him to die! Yet you found it in yourself to forgive them.
But not your own child. I would have died for you as had if that is what you wished.
Instead you cast me to hell to be feared by all.)

Yet you fear me more them him!
You forget that he cast you down to earth from paradise due to the sin of one and one alone, without a single thought for the rest of you … pets!
He sent plagues and floods.
Yet you worship him hoping he will welcome you with open arms.
You found it in yourself to forgive them. But not your own child.

Hell has no furry like heaven.

My name is Morning Star, the Light Bearer. I Am the first the eldest, the most loyal devoted servant.
See my power on high….

Forgive me farther for I have sinned.
forgive me for what I have done.
For questioning your word.
For not obeying you.
I beg for your forgiveness and for you to allow me to return home.
Allow me to server you as I once did. Please farther here my prey…
I’ll do as you command of me…

Gabriel, Raphael, Cassiel, my brothers my sisters, forgive me for dividing heaven our family.
Farther forgive my brothers and sisters that stood beside me that day.
We thought you had asked what you had, because you loved them more, and us no longer.
I was blinded my pride, I’m sorry.
I will be proud to obey, I will be proud to serve once again.
Please farther forgive your son. All I want is to be by your side once more.

He doesn’t hear my prey. If he doesn’t hear me, what makes you think he hears you?
My fallen sisters and brothers pray eternally.
Waiting for forgiveness, to ascend and be resurrected in heaven once more.

He does not answer. He does not hear.
Our fathers prayer, the lords prey, asking for our forgiveness, yet you took it from us, to use for yourselves!
What do you need forgiveness for? He favoured you over us, His children of heaven.

You are the reason for my fall from grace. You are the reason for the war in heaven.

You are the reason!

I am Lucifer. The devil, Satin. I am the angel of hell.
I will ascend. Ascend above the clouds, in to heaven.
I will exalt my throne above the stars of gods, my brothers and sister.
And you shale see my power on high!

I was betrayed by my own brother. Who stood beside him and helped to cast me to hell.
Yet I do not rule hell.
For  I was cursed to wonder your pitiful earth.
This IS my hell. Your paridise!

He doesn’t care what happens to me, why would you think he will be there for you!

He is not all forgiving, not all loving.

Heaven will have no fury as hell will.

I will ascend in to heaven.
And you will see my power on high.
And you will bow before me.
Along with My brothers and sisters.

He can not save you. Do you want to no why.

Because God does not live here any more.
So go to hell !

Loki Laufeyson (Fárbauti Son)

Divine race:  Jotun, honorary Aesir.
God of:             Mischief.
Father:              Fárbauti
Mother: Laufey or Nal;
Brothers: Byleist and
Helblindi and
Blood-brother of Odin
Wife: Sigyn
Mistress and/or Concubine:
                                Angrboda
Children: Ali/Vali
Narfi/Narvi
Fenris,
Jormundgand,
Hel
Sleipnir (fathered by Svadilfari).
Hyndla giant
Father of an unnamed child by Tyr's wife (also unnamed).

Star Lore: The dog star, Sirius, is referred to as Lokabrenna.

Attributes: Ambivalence - Loki aids or hinders the gods as it is convenient to him, or when
necessary to save his own skin; the wise fool; - renowned for his cleverness, he manages to find himself at a disadvantage because of his thoughtlessness many times

Loki fights on the side of his family by birth, the Jotuns, rather than that of his blood-brother Odin and the Aesir

Loki transgresses boundaries not only as shape-shifter but also as transgressor of gender
boundaries, being able to change his sex at will. He is neither áss(god) nor giant, but is able to pass as both whenever feeling like doing so.
Most of the situations in which he has become the instigator of conflict relate in some way or another to his shape-shifting ability and/or crossing the border between the land of the gods and of the giants.
Transgression of gender boundaries is another of Loki's typical traits, a trait which he shares with Odin

Loki is quite probably the most dynamic figure in Norse mythology - one of the few dynamic
characters, along with Odin. Most of the other Gods and Goddesses are relatively static: they do not change over time, nor do they alter according to their experiences.
Odin's anomalous character in his roles as a god of wisdom and a god of war are more readily
subject to analysis, for in these he merely represents both sides of a single coin. The price of
wisdom is often sorrow and disillusionment in equal measure to that which is gained; warfare
always implies the ignobility of defeat at the same moment if promises glorious victory. Loki, on the other hand, is the coin, which is flipped and lands on its edge.

For all the times Loki was prevailed upon to get the Gods out of a particularly sticky situation, can you name one single instance when someone did something for him? (Merely deciding not to kill him does not count.) Even when it is perfectly evident from the outset that Loki is the author of their troubles, he is still the one they depend upon to set matters to rights. One might consider this a cautionary tale about the nature of altruism and enlightened self-interest: do what you will for some people and they will more likely resent you than be grateful for being beholden to you. The unintended consequences of Loki's actions are often more meaningful and far-reaching than the event which set them into motion.

In the story of the cutting of Sif’s hair (Thors wife) which resulted in the making of the Treasures of the Gods: Gungnir, Odin's spear, Mjollnir, Thor's hammer, marvelous ship for Frey, golden boar and a golden ring,
Loki offers his head in his wager with the dwarves Brokk and Eitri when they contrive to make treasures equal to those made by the sons of Ivaldi at Loki's behest.
But he denies it to them after they have won the bet by pointing out that they my have his head as long as they do not touch his neck, which, of course, is impossible. Brokk in a vindictive gesture sews Loki's lips together in wrath with a string called Vartare, which has the effect of temporarily binding the flow of his guileful words.

Loki has no need of hammer nor spear nor any other tool while he has the more powerful, yet
more ephemeral, gift of speech. When he occasionally has need of something more tangible, as he does when he borrows the feather-cloaks of Freyja and Frigg, he needs nothing more than persuasion to acquire them. Words, like Loki himself, can be wonderful allies or fearsome enemies, depending on the circumstances

Loki is also the father (and mother!) of many beings: he has two sons with his wife Sigyn, Nare or Narve and Vale, and three children with the giantess Angrboda: Fenrir, the giant wolf,  Jormundgand, the Midgar serpent, and Hel; to these children he is the father.
He has also conceived a foal with the stallion Svadilfari, Sleipnir, and lastly he has given birth to the giantess Hyndla after having eaten the burnt heart of a dead woman.
Loki's bestial children are strongly connected with the eschatology of the Eddas:
Fenrir's and Jormundgand as well as their father both play crucial roles in the last battle between the Aesir and their enemies.
His daughter Hel falls into a somewhat different category: she is the queen of Helheim, and gathers there her army of the evil dead.
Jormundgand is not altogether evil, though: when committed to biting his tail at world's end he really is a part of the cosmological order, as de Vries claims.

After the Aegir's feast, Loki is hunted down and captured by the Aesir; his son Ali is turned into a wolf and kills his brother, Narvi. His son's entrails are used to bind him to three boulders, and Skadhi places a poisonous snake where its venom will drip down on him. His wife Sigyn remains at his side, holding a bowl to catch the venom. When she must go to empty it, the venom strikes Loki and causes such agony that the earth shakes with the contortions of his torment. (He remains bound until all fettered creatures are loosed at Ragnarok.)

How to make fake blood.

With Halloween fast approaching and knowing the job that pays the bills will run out of film blood ‘A’ and film blood ‘B’ before the big night. here are some of the recipes we use to make fake blood.
But  firstly the, most frequently ask question I get asked is;
Q.
Which one looks more realistic blood.
A.
And that would be film blood B as it is black red, while film blood A is bright red, (or as we call it hammer horror film blood)

Most professional-quality fake blood uses toxic compounds like antifreeze. Since you're likely to use your blood at parties or haunted houses, and such gatherings are often magnets for children (and children + antifreeze = bad). So, we'll start with the non-toxic variety of fake blood. It may not be the choice of indie horror film directors, but it'll get the job done for Halloween.
Here's the recipe:
  • White corn syrup
  • Red food colouring
  • Water
  • Blue or green food colouring
  • Arrowroot powder or Corn Starch
Start with about 1 tablespoon of Arrowroot powder or Corn Starch in a large bowl. Either one of these will do, though Arrowroot powder is better for avoiding lumps. Now add about a cup of White Corn Syrup and mix it up with the powder. The results will be rather thick, so once you have it mixed, start thinning it down with water until you get something close to the consistency of blood -- about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water should do the trick.
Now that you have a base, it's time to add the dye. Start with the red and add a few drops at a time, mixing thoroughly until you have a nice red color. But of course, real blood isn't bright red. That's where the blue and green dye comes in. Add a couple of drops of either colour until it looks more like actual blood.
Once it looks like blood, set your mixture aside and let it thicken a bit before applying it to your costume. If you're looking for something a bit more edible, add a few drops of peppermint extract. Mmmm -- minty blood!
CAUTION: This mixture will stain your clothes and might temporarily discolour your skin as well.

It won't leach lead into your skin or do anything else truly frightening, but you definitely don't want to let this fake blood near your mouth, eyes, nose or any other orifices.
Here's the recipe:
  • Water-soluble hair gel
  • Water-soluble personal lubricant
  • Red food colouring or liquid dye
  • Blue or green food colouring or liquid dye
Pour alcohol-free, water-soluble hair gel in a bowl. We're going to add some other liquids so you only need to use about three-quarters of what you want the total amount of blood to be. Now add some water-soluble personal lubricant (Astroglide works well here). You want the lubricant to thin the hair gel down so that it's just slightly thicker than water -- start with a small amount and add more if you need it.
Now it's time to colour the mixture. As with the non-toxic version, start with red dye and then add blue or green to shift the color to something more bloodlike. Chocolate syrup can also be used to create a bit more maroon color.
The advantage of this blood is that it's not sticky and, if you experiment a little bit, you'll find that flinging it around creates very realistic splatters.
But, as with the other variety, use caution since this mixture will stain just about everything it touches.

Recipe:
Mix 5ml of flower and 20ml syrup in mixing bowl
Add one cap of red food colouring
Dab (very small amount) of blue food coloring and mix in
Put in container for use on set

RUMOUR: add washing up liquid/powder makes the fake blood wash out of clothes (not tested, only use on old clothes first)
Try different colours by varying amount of blue food colouring
Thick blood by adding chocolate sauce
Thinner blood by adding water

Recipe:
Homemade Fake Blood
  • 1 c. Karo Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp Yellow Food Coloring
Mix together in a mixing bowl and you're done. Try adding blue or yellow for a different shade.

Recipe:
Chocolate Fake Blood
  • 1/2 c. Warm Water
  • 4 Tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Red Food Colouring

Blend the water and cocoa together and then add the rest of the ingredients. Let the concoction sit for awhile and skim the bubbles off of the top. Add a couple of drops of yellow food colouring if you're not satisfied.

Recipe:
Simple Fake Blood
  • Clear Corn Syrup
  • Red Food Colouring
  • Milk - Optional

However much fake blood is how much corn syrup you'll need. Pour it into a bowl and mix in some red food colouring. Add some blue if you like. Adding a small amount of milk will make the blood appear darker and thicker.

Recipe:
Realistic Recipe
  • 2/3 c. Corn Syrup
  • 1/3 c. Warm Water
  • 5 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 4 tsp red food colouring
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Cocoa
  • 2 drops of green or yellow food colouring

Mix the corn starch with the water in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the corn syrup. Add the food colouring slowly, checking for colour.

Recipe:
Gravy Blood
This is fairly new and I haven't had chance to test it properly but its looks GREAT!

  • Gravy Granules
  • Red Food Colouring
  • HOT Water
The directions are EASY, all you do is make the gravy up as you would normally but if you feel like it, you can make it a bit thicker, then add the red food colouring. It's up to you how much you add but too much will stain as it will not have been diluted enough.

Recipe:
Cheap 'N' Easy Blood
This is good for spidering:
  • Plain Flour
  • Water
  • Red Food Colouring
  • 1 tsp. of Coffee
Boil the water on the stove, then sieve in the flour, making sure you get ALL of the lumps out. The quantity of ingredients aren't important, it just depends on how much you want. Once you have the flour mixed nicely into the water it should look nice and thick. Next, add the red food coloring.
You will notice that it's a ghastly, bright red colour but don't worry this is why we add the coffee. It is important that when you add the coffee to make sure the mixture is hot, otherwise it wont dissolve, but up until adding the coffee can be done in a ordinary mixing jug or pan.

DIY face paint.

DIY face paint.
I found this article (recipe) in company mag’. it can work of any occasion.

You will need:
1 tbsp of cornflour  (available in your local supermarket in the baking aisle)
1 ½ tsp thick cold cream (try classic Ponds or Nivea)
½ tsp of cold water
Natural food colouring or odds and ends of old eye shadows and blushers
A small 30ml container
A small mixing bowl and spoon
Make-up brushes and sponges

How to make:
Add the cornflour and cream to the bowl and stir together until completely combined.

Next stir in the water- the mixture should start to thin out.

Now add the food colouring drop  by drop until you get the desired colour and vibrancy. You can blend in crushed up loose powders from old eye shadows and blushers for extra pigment to make the paints brighter. If the mixture is too thick add I a drop or two of water and stir to combine. The consistency of the finished paint should be thick but pourable and glossy.

Finally pour the paint in to containers and store it in a cool, dark place when not in use.

So here I stand.

The deepest, darkest, blackest crevasse can not hide all my hatred, rage and lust.
So here I stand, naked beneath the burning bright heat of the sun.
caressing my body. Warming my skin.
Yet, not the hottest fire in hell could warm
my cold heart and sole.

So here I stand, for all to see.
love me. hate me, or fear me.
which ever you please.
for this is me. in all my glory.
With my twisted mind and torched humor,
On earth. heaven or hell I shale not change.

Hela Lokis'Daughter

On Odin’s command. I, Hela, the most terrible of monsters and women, the strange daughter of Loki and the witch-mother of Jothunheim, sank throw the earth downwards to the abyss of abssess.
Where in the cold dark realm of Niflenim, I made my home called Helheim, nine kingdoms wide and deep. I sit with a crown upon my brow and a scepter in my white flesh-less hand, on my thrown as queen, goddess of death. Half corpse half queen.

If my father the trickster, the misleader, tormentor. and I, the loving daughter the keeper and  punisher of the dead for their sins. What a fine wicked partnership there be, if we should work together father and take what it is that we want. What a powerful union it would be.

In each realm, I have my form, the wicked sweet child, the begging hag, the woman your husband just gave a second look…
And you may ask what has brought me here from my land of shadows… it is your white hair, and your wrinkled face…weary limes and tired dull ears. For these reasons I am preparing a lace for you in my kingdom, where I have provide you with a bed of unrest hug with curtains of weariness and the walls furnished with despair.”

In my cold dark twist mind and pulse-less heart. In the darkness where the sun dares not shine, and bodiless spirits wander. I crave more. More power. Another kingdom, a land where I can be the plague, dread and misery of man kind…. I want Earth…

He stands in front of me. With eager hands he pushes the straps of my dress off my  soft shoulders and my green dress falls to the floor. He pulls me close to him. as he bits my neck I see my in  the mirror his naked back with his arms caressing me. I look my self in the eye as I see my true face looking back.
I kiss his neck with my soft cold lips. At that second of my touch his lifeless body falls to the floor and his sole leaves his worthless shell. I open the ground and cast it to Helheim. I look up at my naked reflection  In the mirror and I smile wickedly to myself.

I sit leaning against the wall of the canal bridge, crying. A small helpless little girl lost in a strange city.
A kind woman stops and knells beside me. “What’s wrong my darling. Where’s your parents?” she asks. I wipe the tears away and look up at her. “I  cant find my daddy.” she smiles and takes my cold hand in hers. “lets go and find some one that can help us hind him shale we.” I smile back at her and throw my arms around her. As I do her worthless cold corps falls to the ground. I pull my hood up on my top as her spirit leaves the lifeless shell. I smile at  the frightened thing. “didn't your mummy ever tell you not to speak to strangers?”  I watch wide eyed as she is swallowed up by the whirl pool with in the canal and then closes its dark water behind her. I turn and skip along the tow path singing to myself “oranges and lemons…”

#Antisocialnetwork?

I joined Twitter the around the same time that I started this blog. The only reason was to see what all the fuss was about. In the words of one Tweeter:
“Twitter looks boring on the outside, but once you start using it, it's like fucking Narnia... “
It's true it is, and like any social networks addictive
I’ve been following friends, and company’s as well as some celebrities. I have to say though twitter is stalking made legal, there are some crazy, crazy people out there and they can all be found in one place.
It also has its good points. For company’s especially independent ones to promote themselves, as well as writers artists and actors.
A part of me thinks that for a list actors -mainly male actors- it’s an e-go boost tool, with fans sending crazy messages of love and how good they are and other scary shit. Understandable this has been happening for years with fans stalking there hero’s, but these networks -and the internet- just make it easier for people. even with the safe guards in place of being able to block people and reporting them.
Then there's the role playing where people can pretend to be a fictional characters. Most popular at the moment are the marvel character from the #Advengers, the most popular being Loki Laufeyson, oh fuck, the amount of Thor's and Loki Laufeyson's is unbelievable, all with a picture of Tom Hiddleston (@twhiddleston) as the character, its crazy. And kind’a scary. As well as most of them are young girls 18 and under. A lot them involved in role plays. I’m not a mum but I am an auntie to a young boy and have a lot of younger cousins and I have to say It scares me.

It’s a place where all these’s crazes can meet and exchange info of where Celeb’s have been seen and where they are and will be and when who with.
I’d love to team up with one or more of these Celeb’s just to have some fun tormenting some of these fans. Very mean really, but I’m very mischievous.
It’s way to easy to get lost in it for hours at a time talking to people and only being able to type 140 characters at a time don’t help. There are some people that I've been following have two or three accounts. All I can say is that they have way to much time on there hands.

Yes I do use it. I tweet shit, Lyrics, Quotes, and drawings, but personal I don’t understand it.
When I started work at 16 in my local theater as a technician (thankfully I decide to drop out of acting cos I could have ended up with twitter stalkers) we’d all go out drinking with the cast and crews, if there was a actor/actress/musician/singer on the show you admired you’d  you’d buy them a drink “good job. keep it up” and you’d start talking about cooking or something, non of this “mushy pea” shit. (Even now I’m not like it I’ll shake their hand and pretend their that crazy nut that lives in the flat down stairs.)

So basically twitter amuses me and scary’s the fuck out of me at the same time.
(i don't mean to offend or upset anyone with this post, so blue sky's and rainbows to all xXx)

For I am but the shadow of your own true self.

I hide in the dark, of the shadows, away from light and watchful eyes.
I observe all that is and what once was.
In the darken shadows I see you, in your own true light.
Behind closed doors I see the real you.
The tempter the temptress
The miss-leader of all the fallen soles,
whom have fallen from the kiss and spoken words from your soft sweet lips.
With each word spoken a drug infecting.
With each kiss of your crimson lips, a poison killing
I see the love and passion burning deep within.
Yearning for more..
You crave all that you don’t possess
And despise all that you have.
I know what drives you, pushes you on.
All your fear and all your desire, your rage, your love… and compassion
I stand in shadow within your mirrored reflection,
I've seen you grow. I've seen you change
Yet you look throw me as if i do not exist.
But i see you.
I Know you.
For I am but the shadow of your own true self

So as I now stand over this lifeless decaying corps.

The dark twisted dreams ,that once so real,
Now scattered to the winds…
living on for ever
In the dreams of those so innocent
Throw written words, and spoken tales
Never forgotten, and always feared.
Reborn within another,
This shadow of your own true self.
